For over 80 years, we've been making our authentic Scotch Plaid flannel shirts the way we always have: better than everyone else's. Our exclusive flannel fabric is meticulously woven with longer-staple cotton, which means the individual cotton fibers are about one-quarter inch longer than short-staple fibers, making a huge difference in fabric strength and quality. Then, it's meticulously brushed eight times on each side and given a "touch test" by a master weaver to declare it soft enough.

Perfect fit for me
I am 6'2", slim but not slight, 42" chest, longer torso, 35" waist on a tape measure, 34-35" sleeve. I bought the M-Tall slightly-fitted flannel and it follows my contours perfectly to avoid any bagginess anywhere. The shirt is not too long or too short untucked, and the cuff ends at my wrist perfectly. It seems made for me.

Good quality, so soft, big plaid flannel.
This was for my brother, he loves the softness of fabric, but he ( like me) didn't like the big plaid design, therefore it was returned. Unfortunately

Love this flannel!
I actually bought this flannel in the men’s because i wanted the color called antique dress stewart and they didn’t have it in the women’s anymore. I love the size and fit of the men’s just fine. I got the slightly fitted in a small and it works great for wearing by itself or over another shirt. When the new fall items came this color became available again in the women’s and my daughter wanted one except with the shearling lining. Great quality and the color is exactly as it shows in the pics.
