These expert craftspeople meticulously brush our Scotch Plaid fabric eight times on each side to create a long-lasting material with that distinctive smooth and cozy feel. Soft and beautiful quality.
I love this shirt jacket! The fabric is excellent quality and it’s the perfect weight. Waiting for the green, blue, and white one to come back. I’m 5’4” 122 lbs. (32 D bust). The x-small was perfect!

Great hoodie!
I bought this flannel hoodie in the color Bean of Freeport Cream (beige background with thin red plaid stripes and thick blue plaid stripes) because there weren't a lot of colors left to choose from late in the winter, however I love this color! It works well with so many colors. It is also extremely soft, unlike the previous flannel plaid hoodies I have bought and love. I love the softness, but hope that doesn't lessen the quality over time by pilling.

The color is more red than pink.
The weight is a light to medium soft flannel.
I purchased an XL when I usually wear a L, because I wanted it roomier. That did not work as planned. Not returning, but be aware top runs small.

Clothing size and fit
I liked the pattern of this hoodie and wanted to like the fit as well. Unfortunately, it was simultaneously both too large and too small, being tight through the shoulders, short through the sleeves, and baggy in the torso. Despite the size being labeled regular, it appears that LL Beans clothing is designed for women with narrow shoulders, thinner arms, and more ample torsos in general. Because I like the brand I was hoping to avoid this problem with some short sleeved pajamas I later bought. They just arrived and I’m experiencing the same problem with a tight fit through the shoulders and no fit through the torso. Not sure that I will risk any more purchases of clothing from LL Bean.

Great product!!
High quality construction, especially the reinforced zipper! I have washed it 2x now; cold water, dryer on low heat for 10 minutes then hung until dry. Came out like new!

The flannel is a nice weight, very soft and beautiful autumn colors. The plaid pattern matches exactly left to right. The zipper could be a little bigger, but quality YKK with a leather pull. Medium Tall was perfect length for my long arms, as long as the 100% cotton doesn't shrink.

I Love This Hoodie
Although I purchased this jacket in November, it was not until last week when spring arrived in Shaker that I could wear it without freezing that I finally removed the tags and ventured outside that I fully appreciate what a good decision this was for me,.The style, fit and color (LLBean of Freeport Cream) suit me perfectly.
