These expert craftspeople meticulously brush our Scotch Plaid fabric eight times on each side to create a long-lasting material with that distinctive smooth and cozy feel. But that doesn't automatically make it plush enough. It still needs to pass the "touch test." Only a master weaver can declare it soft enough.

Like it but pockets sit a little weird
I bought one of these in a different pattern a few years ago and loved it so I decided to get another one. But this time, the pockets seem a little awkward, especially when I sit - they kind of bunch up. Still a cool shirt/jacket though. And the inside pockets came in really handy when I needed to have post-surgery drains!

The only thing I don't like is the length, I ordered a large tall and it doesn't even come to my hip. For a tall I would think it should be 4-6" longer. I'm afraid to even put it in the dryer on low for 10 minutes for fear it will shrink up to my waist.

I love this jacket! I have been buying Scotch plaid flannel shirts from LL Bean for years, but this is my first hooded jacket. It’s the same, quality flannel as the shirts - soft, warm and cozy. I like the longer length and pockets. I pair it with a mockneck or crew neck tee and I’m good to go.

Very comfortable fit
I bought this on sale and I love it. It is very casual and warm for the early fall or late spring. You can easily put a turtleneck on underneath if you like . I am 5’4” and weigh 110 lbs. I bought a small but if they had an extra small it would have fit better for me in my opinion
