Happy in Cashmere and Cotton
It's soft and drapes on the body, not boxy and shapeless. I love the way I feel when it's on. I wear it with a gray plaid flannel shirt underneath. Couldn't be happier. The price point on sale was too good to pass up. I do wear my tops oversized and ordered up. Always do. I can't stand fitted tops. Very happy with this purchase and the other cotton cashmere from Bean that I own.

Weird Sweater
The sleeves weren't set in correctly -- it looked like I was wearing a hanger with sharp points sticking out and the sleeves didn't lay flat. I should have sent it back, but thought if I washed the sweater it might relax, which didn't happen. Just weird looking.

Like it!
A college student complimented me on this as “cute and comfy” so I’ll take that as a win. Material is very soft and smooth cotton. Washes up without shrinking. Fit is slightly boxy which feels more trendy than a typical sweater fit.

Lovely, simply elegant sweater!
I love this subtle buffalo plaid mostly-cotton-5% cashmere sweater! I was going to size up to medium for the looser fit I desired but after reading the reviews, everyone said it runs a bit big so I got my normal size small--and it's perfect! Not too big or too small. It's elegant and can be worn with jeans or something dressier--and it's a great neutral color for all my silk scarves! And the bonus is that it's warm--not too hot, but soft and snugly, and I feel the warmth comes from the cashmere as it's not a thick sweater. I just love it! Thank you L.L. Bean!

I bought this sweater a couple weeks ago and I am very happy with it. I did order a size down, like the other reviews suggested, and I am glad I did. It is warm but not bulky. Very comfortable. I came back to check if there were other colors since I like it so much.
