Held Up A Year
I have normally been completely satisified with LLBeans backpacks, but my daughter's has started to rip at the straps with all the weight of her books, and it's only been since May 2024 since we bought it. I was hoping we'd have this bag all throughout highschool. The zippers are great! We've never had a problem with those! (Sidenote, now that I think of it, my 3rd graders bag has also had it's carry strap break as well.) Hoping we can get a replacement as I've bought many backpacks from LLBean and they have lasted many years.

Barely a year old and the straps are coming unstitched where it meets the top of the bag.

Normally great, not anymore
The shoulder straps are coming apart where it’s sewed to the backpack in the first month of use. We spend the extra money on LLBean backpacks and lunch bags because they are normally high quality but after our experience with this one I don’t think I will be ordering again.
