After bringing them in from the clothesline they have a scent that cannot be duplicated. When the bed is made up you feel like Royalty with the look and comfort with a relaxing scent. I highly recommend these sheets.

The cotton is coarse and feels like it's been treated with resin or some other additive like a lot of cheap cotton sheets are. I washed them right away, but they don't feel soft and "sunwashed" like old-fashioned, untreated cotton bedsheets.
