Warm but not flattering
It keeps me warm, but the shape is not very flattering. I can't tell if it's the bulkier sleeves (which I know is to allow for room for layering) or if doesn't shape nicely around the waist (despite the adjustable straps in the back).

VERY SAD
I was Trying to replace the same jacket that I have owned for nearly 7 years. My Jacket is warm, beautiful, fits perfectly..it has several small tears now & some loose threads. I ordered the same jacket. When it arrived I was so disappointed. The New Jacket felt as thin as paper. It was hideous. I was so disappointed that even LL Bean has been hit by Shrinkflation. I sent the jacket back and am reminding myself that what use to be a Quality store has fallen now to the ranks of trash products. I'm very saddened by this fact.

Fit and color are off
Had high hopes for this jacket since they actually offer petite, but the sleeves were way too long, and upper back/shoulders were tight, but body was almost too oversized. Color was also very light green for “deep olive” so overall didn’t work for me

Overall Great No Cell Phone Pocket though
I have been looking for a quilted jacket for years to wear in the fall and in the car in New England--something a but more lightweight and sleek than a puffer but also not formal. I had been eyeing this jacket for over a year and took the plunge when it went on sale recently. Overall, I like it a lot.
My two main complaints are: 1. It is indeed more lightweight than expected and could use a smidge more padding (very minor issue as I didn't want a puffer as I mentioned earlier) and 2. there is no cell phone pocket in the interior lining of the coat--this is actually a bigger issue for me and seems like a pretty strange omission in this day and age.
In spite of these caveats, I am keeping the jacket as it is almost perfect, it has a nice shape to it, is not too bulky and the buttons are a muted brass rather than a garish gold color. I purchased this on sale and feel that it was a good buy for the sale price but probably not at full price.
I am 5'3" about 140 lbs 38 x 31 x 39 and the petite medium fits pretty well though a little snug around the bust if I were wearing a heavy sweater and a bit snug under the arms when I lift them up but ok otherwise so I think that is just the cut. The length is perfect for my frame both arms and overall. I purchased black and like the versatility. I would consider purchasing another one on sale if it just had the dang cell phone pocket.

Wonderful coat, but zipper broke after one wearing
