Men’s silk underwear shirt
Silk is a good insulator. So I decided to buy this item to wear as a layer on those cold and windy days hunting. The silk shirt is made of very thin material that you can actually see through. I was hoping that the shirt was made with a more denser woven silk fabric to get better insulation benefits from silk. I believe the shirt may serve better as a bedtime shirt than a hunting layer during the winter months.

Warm all winter
The silk lets the warm stay in, but the moisture go out so you’re never sweaty, but always warm and toasty. We live in Sedona up in the north part of the state where we get snow and it gets cold and this underlayer is there and keep you toasty it’s hard to believe you’re wearing anything extra.

Very thin and insubstantial. I was hoping for a heavier wearing cloth. But I’m new to silk, so maybe ephemeral is the point? I’m using this as an underlayer when cross-country skiing in very cold conditions.

Delightful product
My use of this Silk Underwear top is not normal; I wear it as a pajama top, which is a perfect use of this excellent top.

I buy my man a set every year for Christmas. He wears them every day during winter and wears them out! Not a bad thing; they are very warm and thin, which he loves bc they don't bulk up under his regular clothes.

Not worth the price
I am 6'4", 225lbs and the Tall Large fits perfectly. While the gossamer thinness of the fabric doesn't bother me per se, it's really way too expensive for something this thin. After a couple wears, the sleeves are now horribly baggy near the wrists. The rest of the garment has held its shape so far, but this is looking like a very expensive and now useless shirt. I've worn it twice... Really disappointed with the quality. Still an LL Bean fan.
