This exclusive flannel shirt is woven just for us by true artisans in Portugal. These expert craftspeople meticulously brush our Scotch Plaid fabric eight times on each side to create a long-lasting material with that distinctive smooth and cozy feel. But that doesn't automatically make it plush enough. It still needs to pass the "touch test." Only a master weaver can declare it soft enough.

Wishing a truly bright green to be prominent color
On my back as we speak- comfortable and cozy. Haven’t laundered yet.On the down side,
Sleeves too long for me and still looking for a flannel shirt where a true green- like Kelly green- is dominant or at least a significant color in the design.

If there is a softer, more elegant flannel shirt than this one, I don't think I could find it. The quality of the flannel is superb, and the feel luxurious. As usual, Bean is on the mark.

Everyone keeps patting me
I wore this to visit an aquarium with my grandkids. It was the right weight for going from indoors to out on the sand and flexible enough from lifting one child to see better to kneeling to pick up a toy. Plus it’s soft.
