Beautiful blouse
Beautiful, airy blouse with a very loose fit. I normally wear a large in LLBean, but I probably should have ordered a medium in this blouse. It is lovely nonetheless, so I'm keeping it.

Beautiful Cotton Peasant Top
This new 'castine cotton' is one of the best cotton fabrics I have ever found. I exclusively wear cotton in the summer and this peasant-style top (purposefully loose & flowy) is perfect for hot, humid days - it is light, cool, and airy but NOT see through!! I also truly appreciate tops with shoulder & arm coverage, as I burn terribly in the summer sun no matter how much sublock I wear. This top runs true to size for me and did not shrink when washing on cool & air drying. I purchased the cream and navy colors & cannot wait to pair them with white summer pants. Thank you LL Bean for quality cotton products! It is SO hard to find quality cotton that isn't tissue-paper thin or shrinks. I hope we see more Castine Cotton items for summer :-)

Small is large!
I bought this recently and will be returning it. Small is my usual size in Bean tops, but this one is wide, and shoulder seams are way off my shoulders. Be forewarned, order a smaller size than you usually do. Fabric is nice and pretty for a spring top, though.

I tried this blouse in both large and medium. It just does’t work for me. Neckline unflattering and length short. Looks good off on table.
