Nice cap
The cap seems very well made, and it is very adjustable. I have a fairly big head, and there's still room to let it out for a considerably larger head, or to take it up for smaller heads.

Good cause nice design
Pros: Good cause; Maine is beautiful all over. Nice designs.
Cons: Bad fit, only cap I own that's not fitted in the back correctly; sizing strap and opening not designed right. Made in China wrong.
Not if part of sale goes for "Maine" conservation; no qualms about that. Love fishing coastline and rivers.

Nice Light Weight Hat
The hat is light weight enough for summer wear. I purchased the blue version and the color is a true blue. The hat is one size fits all and does adjust easily but the adjustment strap is secured with a metal clip. The peak of the cap is low slopped so if you like a low hat this is perfect but if you like a high peak then pick a different hat

Minor problem to great hat
Love the hat, has a great fit. However when I first got it I noticed a slight issue. The Logo for LL Bean some how was double stitched in one spot and folded the hat in this area. By removing the stitching carefully in this area (just was the first "L") I was able to free the fold and the hat fit well. I knew this was a mistake and have been pleased with it.

Poor Construction
I recently bought a similar hat which I really like. As it turns out that hat was a "waxlcloth" cap. This cap is very flimsy and has no shape. Very unhappy with the quality of this cap. I am returning it for a refund.

Solid hat that supports a good cause
My father owned one of these for over a year and wore it every day. Unfortunately, he lost it. I purchased him a new one for Father's Day this year and he loves it. The embroidery is top notch and it is a great all-around hat.

A handsome hat that supports our beautiful state.
I bought this hat for my son in navy blue. For my brother I bought the waxed green color hat with the trout on it. He loves it. I gave my younger son the green waxed fabric trout hat as well. All three are fly fishermen. The hats are fully adjustable and make a great gift for the fisherman or woman in your life. The embroidery is good looking. Everyone is happy with their hats and with me!

good looking cap
I bought this hat for my husband for father's day. The hat is well constructed and the logos are nice. The visor part of the cap is nicely shaped and placed on the cap. The visor has just the right amount of curve in it to make it cute. It just looks really handsome and cute on.

Nice hat
A nice well embroidered ball cap. The only problem was the size band adjustment that lies in the hat band. It kept on flopping around in the hat. Put a little fabric glue on the end and stuck it back in the hat band. Problem solved.

Great cap!
I purchased this cap for my 2 adult sons & my husband who all share birthdays in February. They all love brook fishing and this cap fits the bill!
It's very nice looking and well made of rugged fabric. It's got a colorful brook trout embroidered on the side and the Dept. of Maine Inland Fisheries and Wildlife insignia on the front.
It's great fitting and adjustable. They all love it.

Nice hat, smallish
I wear a 7 1/2 to 7 5/8 hat and this was too small for my head. Otherwise a nice quality lid with cool stitching.
