They are kind of perfect! Love the pockets.
I have been wearing LL Bean Perfect Fit Pants for years. They are super comfortable, wash and dry well. I buy 1 black and 1 navy every year and just about live in them fall, winter,spring and cool summer days. The color does eventually fade a little but I'm not good about using only cold water and I alway use the dryer. They NEVER shrink or get baggy.
