Great new bedspread/coverlet!
I ordered this without ever having seen it in the store. It was much better than I had imagined, fits my bed very well, and the color is just right. It is nice as an extra blanket on cool nights. I did like the rounded bottom corners on my previous bedspread, but this is working out as the corners do not drag on the floor. I have not washed it yet.

Perfect for My King Size Bed
Purchased a King Vintage Metelasse Coverlet in the Soft Teal color. Beautiful color and design. Perfect weight for summers in NE Florida. Just add a top sheet underneath the coverlet. The size was just right for my king-size bed - the sides and end hang slightly over the bed skirt, after machine wash and dry. Well made. Pleased with my purchase. I've been looking for a long time for the right blanket. This is it.

Vintage Matelasse King Coverlet
This coverlet is a good choice for summer. It is like a blanket. It is a little big. I washed it and it shrank a little. Overall I like the coverlet. I do wish the pattern was less plain.
