New Favorite
Bought this fine coat this early fall to be ready for the cold months here in Michigan. It fits me fine, I am a bit over 5ft..... and this fits well with or with out a sweater and fits even with a heavy wool sweater. Now I am feeling ok about the snow - cold days... that will be coming.
and I love the color. Note: I have worn only LL Bean down coats for winters for at least 16 years! The down filling is substancial... and the outer shell is always good.

Nice coat but the hood had thick flaps with velcro
Design flaw- the flaps for the attached hood had a thick swath of velcro and rubbed uncomfortably on my face.

Winter Ready
just got this coat for the 2024/2025 winter season. not cold yet by me. I'll update once the winter sets in. For fit I got the small. 5.3 ft and 145 lbs. fit is good. the arms fit just right so if you have long arms you may need to size up.

Nice coat, would have kept except the color was not what I was expecting. It’s not off-white or cream, but has strong yellow undertones. The hood looked atrocious on me, but not an issue because it’s removable. Would not have returned it except for the color. Maybe rename it with something that doesn’t have the word “white” in it.
