They are still the best I can find, but they are thinner now compared to my older L. L. Bean ones. I, like many other of your customers, wish you had additional colors. Navy blue for starters a buff, ivory, and clear pale pink, not your muddy aging mauve. Your Alpine blue goes with nothing other
than white pants. Fortunately, I still have some of your much older ones. It is a testament to your quality.

Heavier Alternative to Pima cotton shirts
Ordered the petite Medium. The fabric is heavier than the pima cotton, which I wanted. It is still a soft fabric. I like the length (low hip), as sometimes petite sizes are too short on me, even though I'm only 5'1". I have ordered two so far.

Shrinks way too much
The first shirt I bought in this style washed up well. The three others I bought shrank so much they barely come to my waist. I wash everything in cold water and use little to no heat when drying. This amount of shrinkage is ridiculous. A shame, because the fabric is very soft and the colors are great. I won't buy this style again unless it's made in tall sizes.

Great color
I usually, get the Pima cotton tops. Wanted the dark cranberry, so I purchased the basic tee. Fabric is soft. The fit is loose and more casual. I have worn it several times and it is a great everyday top.Will buy Pima in future. Has more of a dress up/dress down look .
