Doesn't hold up in the wash
I bought this shirt two years ago and was very happy with it until a few weeks ago. After washing it, I noticed that the patches that looked faded. At first, I thought that some soap had lingered, so I ran it through again and rinsed it. But the fading didn't go away. It seems that the color just didn't hold up and bled out. I know that this shirt isn't new anymore, but I would have expected it to last more than 2 years. I'm disappointed.

Great basic tee
This is a great wardrobe basic. Nice thicker fabric, beautiful color. I’ve washed it a few times and it holds up well and maintains it shape.

I was looking for a pure cotton tee shirt in light blue. The color was perfect -- but don't know what LLBean is doing with the fabric of their garments latey? I do not like pima cotton & wanted the good old fashion cotton fabric that they use to have.

Women's T's are very diappointing
I love the perfect fit pants. Men's T-shirts are great. We wash and dry my husband's T-shirts over and over, and they are great. They are long-wearing and do not shrink. Why is it that women's T-shirts from LL Bean are not made of unshrinkable material, too? I am VERY disappointed that the T-shirts that I bought for myself are basically worthless to me if I can't wash and dry them in my machines without them shrinking three or four sizes. I wish you would make women's T-shirts from the same quality material with which you make men's T-shirts. What a waste!

Good quality tshirts
I have been looking for a high-quality t-shirt and found them with LL Bean! I was impressed with the quality, even after several washes. The color did not fade nor did the t-shirt shrink. I was very impressed with the softness of the fabric. I like them so much that I went ahead and bought some long sleeve shirts as well.

Great shirt but about an inch or two too short
LLBean T’s are well constructed with soft but sturdy fabric. The colors are great. So much better T’s than a certain un-named competitor. I only wish the Petite size was an inch or two longer in the body.

My new fave tee
Quality tee - good higher length. Bought size small; it did shrink a bit in 2 hot washer/dryer settings. I will buy more colors, probably in medium to allow for shrinkage. Tee can dress up or down - good in cool AK or hot Tennessee weather.

Material is too thin for me.
I'd freeze in this. Material is almost see through, it's so thin. I have many T-shirts from LLBean from years ago that are wearing out. I'm looking for the same soft and warm material in pretty pastel colors to replace mine that are wearing out. I'll try one more time.

Shocking Result After Washing in Cold Water
I have enjoyed wearing several of these short-sleeved shirts. This one was so different from the rest. I wash them in cold water and hang to dry. I have never had one fade until now. My daughter and I loved the color and looked forward to wearing the shirt. There was serious fading both on the front and back. So disappointed.

Pretty close to perfect
I’m caregiver for my wife. The quality and comfort of these shirts feel good to her, and for that reason to me, as well. I do wish they were available on more primary colors.
But really, if you’re reading this, you probably already know that virtually everything with an LL Bean label on it is great.

Great everyday tee shirt.
It is a lovely aqua color. And the petite small fits me well. I do wish the design had a v-neck for a bit of pizzazz! Also the cotton picks u p stains easily. Hopefully they will release as well.
