Old faithfuls
I got my first pair of Maine Hunting Shoes in 1981 and they became one of my favorite pairs of shoes (along with Blucher mocs). I replaced them in the 90s, lost those moving in the early 2000s, replaced again with the Signature version with the waxed cotton uppers, and now I’m trying these thinsulate ones. Previously I would order my normal size and jam the sheepskin liners in, this time I went a size down (10 to 9) and they fit great. No doubt they will handle WNY and Southern Ontario winters as well as the previous pairs did. Thanks to Cindy for making my awesome boots!

Looking forward to the snow!
I've wanted a pair of these boots for a long time. I haven't worn them for any length of time yet, because it's been in the 90s and dry, and they're insulated. But they felt great when I tried them on. I usually wear a narrow, when I can find one, but D was the narrowest option for this boot, so I figured I could wear two pairs of socks if I need to. But I won't, because they run a little to the narrow side. The 12D fit me perfectly.

Take the L and walk about a 1/2 mile to get to work. These boots have kept my feet warm and dry this Chicago winter

Great Boots!
Love these boots. I wear a size 9.5 shoe, but ended up getting these in the 8 and have plenty of room left for thick socks. The utility is spot on with the classic bean boot look and aesthetic.
