Drink without drips!
The mug is very well made. The lid fits quite securely and offers a clever means for accessing the beverage without removal. I am a little disappointed that beverages don’t remain hot for as long as I expected. Yet, it is a good buy.

you have to use a straw
For the life of me I can't figure out how to use this cup without a straw. So that is upsetting because I am unable to drink hot beverages.
