Interesting Change in Style
Pants are stylish and fit close to the body. The fabric is heavy for cotton (but far less than jeans) and might be used best when temperatures are less than 85 or so. I am satisfied with initial quality etc and am interested to see how they wear over the long term.

Good style, but durability is disappointing
Generally I liked the fit and style. But a stitch on the front pocket broke lose after the first washing. That is sadly familiar in cheaper jeans, but disappointing in this case.

Wish I had found these pants sooner
These pants are incredibly comfortable and fit me perfectly. I wish they offered a wider range of colors. I initially bought two pairs and then ordered two more after receiving the first shipment.

Favorite Pants
Excellent pants. I have the other field chinos and they inspired me to try these with the different pockets. The fabric is very soft and feels nice. The construction is well done, and I love the metal button. Also good work with the double belt loop in the back. I wish more pants were this weighted fabric. Not too heavy or light. These would be great if they had a secret pocket like the alagash shorts. The cut isn't too baggy or slim, and they don't overly bag out either. Great pants and I look forward to wearing them more.
