These corduroys were not my usual 12P. The side seam at the low hip curves out a bit more than in the past. I suppose it is for wider space at the hip/thigh area. I don't like the shape of it. On the bright side, the front pockets are bigger. Both remarks apply to my new Bean jeans.

Too low on the hips
These are cut too low for my figure. The waist should fit on top of the hips so that the pants don’t slide down when I bend over. This is for a thin small hipped woman.
