Warm for light outside wear. They do run SMALL !
These gloves look very nice and feel warm enough for light activity outdoors. I have small/medium hands and somewhat shorter fingers. I ordered a medium which I received today. Too small. I tried to order the large but they’ve sold out of that size in all colors. Oh well.

Disappointing Quality
I bought these gloves recently and expected a quality item from LL Bean but was disappointed. These are lightweight fall gloves not heavy enough for winter wear. The palms are NOT nonslip, the inner lining is scratchy but the outside is soft--why? Shouldn't the inside be soft? The only good thing is the sizing is appropriate. NOT recommended.

Snug fit. Measure twice…
I purchased the Cadet Blue/Storm Teal gloves in Large based on the 8” circumference of my dominant hand across the knuckles. (I used a cloth measuring tape.) For comparison, I wear size Medium medical gloves. The fit is rather snug getting my hand past the wrist gathers and across the top of my knuckles when making a fist. Based on other reviews complaining that the sizing ran very small, I placed my order and crossed my fingers. I think they’ll stretch out a bit with use. Yes, I’d recommend them to a friend, but warn them to measure. And don’t pull the measuring tape tight!

Too small everywhere.
I was very hopeful that these gloves would see me thro the rest of the winter on dog walks. No such luck. I needed functional, warm gloves. They were too small both in width and length. I purchased a large size; my hand is a very normal women’s large size but I doubt that these gloves would have been comfortable for a ladies small fit. The material was not very ruggid but I returned before I had a chance to test them out. Nonetheless they looked very nice, just disappointed they didn’t fit.

Nice but runs small
These are very nice gloves, but, I had to give it a 3 because of the fit. I ordered a Large. My hand is large, but, not unusually large. (8" palm, 3" length longest finger) I cannot bend my fingers with the glove on. The fingers are too short. There was no option to order the next size

Difficult to "slip" them on.
Great gloves except that the lining appears to be a 2nd glove...and it is a bit difficult to put on because that "lining" can bunch up. Really have to wriggle into them. Once on, the are very comfortable.
