an unworthy successor to the LLBean Messenger Bag
This so-called successor to the LL Bean Messenger Bag now sits abandoned on my shelf, a constant reminder of my letdown. After using it a few times, each experience was more disappointing than the last. The previous model was perfect in every way—size, pocket placement, zippers. This new version fails miserably on all fronts. I waited years for this replacement, only to be left utterly disappointed.

Great every day carry bag. Practical and well constructed with lots of logically placed pockets, etc for managing laptop, cords, phone and documents. Lightweight and not too big, but roomy.

Over all good
Overall, I’d say I like it. My only complaint is the straps. It has loose strap on each side and it’s annoying. It dangles and there is no way of securing it nicely.

One flaw keeps it from being 5 Star
Great bag for accessorizes on a trip. I keep my travel documents safe and handy in the side pockets. Only has one handle on top, it needs two. One on each side. Other than that it’s great.
