Usual expected high quality
The comfort, appearance, and fit are top-notch. You can wear these indoors because they don’t have the heft of the 1912 cords they (for me) replaced when after several years, I wore the material thin.

Pant construction.
Overall, the pants are fine, but I would not buy them again because they only have a 5 inch long zipper. Other L.L. Bean pants I've bought have a 6 inch long zipper, which is much more practical. The pants I bought are 31W x 29L.

The pants fit perfectly. They aren't heavy-weight corduroy. They are a fine welt. The color is excellent. The length is right as is the waist. They match much apparel that I already have.

Great pair of corduroy pants
Pants fit well, were the color I wanted (gray). Wear them for going out, not for heavy work or workouts, so I hope they last a long time. Haven’t washed them yet - label says to wash cold, don’t bleach, tumble dry low, so I can’t include them in my typical wash.

Good fit. Only comment- back pocket did not have a secure closure but I solved that with adding a small square of velcro inside the pocket.

Sharp cords!
My favorite pair of fall/winter pants! The cotton/spandex fabric is a good weight for medium-cool days---comfortable, and it keeps its shape. Great colors as well...and the jeans-like styling gives them a more casual look that still goes good with a blazer, sport coat, or sweater. And, best of all, they come in my size! Thanks for making a sharp 31/28 pant that I don't have to take to the tailor---the fit is perfect right off the rack. I like them so much I bought additional pairs.
