Perfect Travel Crate, Dog Approved!
Very well constructed with a removable pad and numerous fresh-air openings that can be easily closed or tuck open with built-in keepers, depending on sunlight intrusion. The dog crate is light, but not flimsy and over the steel collapsible frame, the fabric is a stout rip-stop nylon. The zippers seem sturdy and there are no pinch points or sharp edges inside from the steel-hinged interior structure. When folded, about 6 inches, so very portable. The two-tone sand and green fabric looks great, too! It holds our two small dogs, a Bichon and a toy poodle and they have ample room to move around and stretch. It weighs about 20 pounds, so it is easy to load/unload from a small SUV or pick-up backseat.

Lightweight Travel Dog Crate
Our dogs love the crate and feel safe and comfortable in it - I have two small dogs. The only struggle that I have with it is getting the frame to latch in place. Once I get it secure, all is well. The crate is lightweight and so easy to transport. Are you going to bring them back to your site?

Unconventional use.
I am using this for an unconventional purpose, it allows our indoor cat to be outdoors on one of our porches. Plenty of windows to look out and for ventilation. Easy for me to set up and to move. He enjoys his “cave”.

Great purchase for traveling dogs.
This portable crate is extremely lightweight and the floor is padded. It folds nicely and doesn't take up much room in the car. Additionally, it has handles that make it easy to carry. We used it in a hotel during dinner hour when we could not include our pet. She was very comfortable with the zip down windows open.

Pet travel crate
The LL Bean Mountain Classic Travel Dog Crate is an excellent product. It is portable, collapsible, and easy to set up. We have a German Shepherd who easily fits inside. The screened windows are great for staying in contact with our dog. One of the best features is that the crate contains all the dog hair that our pup sheds! It is easy to clean and it looks really cool! We are very glad we purchased The Mountain Classic Travel Dog Crate from LL Bean!

Great deal! light and easy!
These were such a deal we figured even if we didn't love, they would get used, but we like them a lot! They are really easy to set up and take down, light to carry, but very sturdy in use. The base is double cushioned and the dogs seemed to find them very comfortable. Maybe not for large dogs that are not already crate trained, but that would not be there intended use.

Horrible do not buy. Poor quality cover sizing / stitching and does not fit the weird design frame.
