Very disappointed
I bought this to go on a trip to the Canadian Rockies. When it came, I was delighted. Just the right weight for what I needed. I washed it and left for my trip. The first time I wore it, my shirt was covered with purple fuzz! I bought a lint roller to use on my shirt and the inside of the jacket. I wore it again and same thing happened. I spent the whole trip with fuzz on my shirts. I washed it again when I got home and now the jacket looks pilled and old. Not L.L. Bean quality!!

Just right!
Love the weight of this fleece. Not to heavy. Just right. The flattering tapper at the waists is a nice feminine touch. I went back and bought the blue one too.

A Mixed Bag
This fleece was a mixed bag for me. I really liked the full-zip front opening & pockets. The seams were off-kilter on the side, however, flipping somewhat out & up where they weren't joined properly. Maybe the quality control person was napping! I've had other LLBean fleece jackets over the years that I've loved, but sadly I returned this one.

Great function and style! Needs 2 little tweaks.
Just what I wanted -- a lighter-weight fleece, pockets deep enough for cell phone, and coverage to keep my bum warm. The contrasting lighter blue is very nice and brightens up my face. So function & style -- all at a reasonable price point. The only things that are slightly iffy are -- the zipper pull mechanism is rather small and it's hard to put the other side into the mechanism and start zipping. I hope it is strong enough to last a long time. Also, the lining material for the pocket is kind of stretchy and so when I have a phone in the pocket, it slightly stretches the whole lower edge of the jacket. I hope it doesn't eventually mis-shape the hemline.... LLBean -- I'd suggest a slightly stronger zipper with larger pull, and more hardly material for pocket liners.

good value for your money
this is a wonderful jacket if a person does not have arthritis in their hands. I found the zipper near impossible to close without a real struggle. The zipper is smaller and harder to grip. Wish it were different because I would get more of these, size and material work great

Nice but not as good as previous versions
A nice jacket but not as good as previous LL Bean lightweight fleece jackets. A bit too long in the back, and I'm not a fan of the two-tone collar.
