I love this shirt.
The shirt is indeed very soft. Launders easily. I'm not a fan, generally, of synthetic materials for shirts, but this one is a major exception. I ended up buying two more!

WARNING!
This shirt is a SLIM fit. But you Wouldn't Know It right off.
It is NOT revealed as 'slimmer fit' in the description because they are emphasizing its 'softness'.
You with Only Find this info when you dig into "Fit".
Just sayin'... before you do like me - Buy It, Find Out Its too snug, have to Package It Back Up and take in to shipper and then wait even longer to get the next size larger mailed back to you.

Very soft and best for colder Fall weather
I like wearing Henley's and L.L.Bean doesn't disappoint, for the most part, when it comes to them. These definitely live up to their name, very soft. It's more on the thicker fabric end, so this is a good wear by itself during the latter parts of Fall or a single layer undershirt with a winter jacket.
My only complaint, but isn't a minus star worthy issue, is the shirt label. The inner printed label that has the size is skewed to the right. I didn't notice this in the picture and was puzzled when I received the shirt. Looking back at the picture on this site, that seems to be the norm. My OCD-ness kinda freaks out when I see it, but it's out of sight when you wear it... so, I guess no harm no foul.

This shirt is amazing and so soft you won't believe it. It is true to size and well made of quality materials. Great if worn alone or as a base layer - warm and cozy.

Versatile comfort
I just took this out of the packages and it’s one of my favorites right away. I love the fit and the blend with spandex to make it more form fitting yet still breathable. It’s light weight but good for multiple seasons. I would buy it in more colors.
