Very cute sweater!
This sweater is so cute. It's also warm and comfortable. It runs a bit short, though. I usually wear petite small from Bean, but I'm glad I was at the store to try it on. I ended up getting the small regular so it would fall just below the hip. If you want it to fall mid-hip, go with the petite.

Gorgeous sweater
I normally wear a petite XS in LL Bean clothing, but decided to buy this sweater in the regular size small. I think that the XS would have worked too, but I bought a Black Watch flannel to wear under it so I like the roominess of the small. Quality is so nice, very thick wool. I’ve gotten so many compliments after only wearing it twice! It has a very timeless, classic look that I love.

So adorable!
I love wool sweaters. You can't beat them for warmth. Much appreciated throughout a Pennsylvania winter. This one caught my eye because of the adorable pup on the Bean boot. Reminded me of a black labradoodle pup I had that was always sleeping on my husband's slippers or shoes or boots. Just had to have it! It fits just fine and will look good with an evergreen or black turtle neck underneath. I have not worn it yet because, happily, the weather has not been cold enough yet.

Love this 100% wool, high quality sweater
Love this very well made sweater. I love that the solid green is actually a blend of greens in the wool thread a tweedy green composed of emerald green and a scorched grass green. Yes, it does not look like that in the picture. The knit is more solid and therefore a little heavier than other solid color LL Bean sweaters. It's true to size and lovely with several of my LL Bean Jeans, Trail Pants and 3/4 Trail pants. Perfect for these cooler days. This beautiful sweater brings happiness and a positive mind set all day - sort of like walking in Maine forests rather than in crowded suburbs. It is so nice that LL Bean offers 100% wool sweaters. Today, a lady stopped me in Costco admiring this sweater. I will be wearing it in Europe this Fall. It's better than the loosely knitted 100% wool Irish sweaters and the stiffer super thick Scandinavian sweaters-jackets. I'm sure these will sell out quickly. THANK YOU L.L.BEAN
