These are my favorite go to sweaters. The full zip front make them easy to wear in all weather and easy to get on and off. Why do they seem to be discontinuing it :(

Love My New Zip Front Cardigan
I love the style and fit of this sweater! It is classic yet stylish. Living in Alaska requires warm clothing and this sweater checks all the boxes for me... warm, soft yarn, nice classic navy blue color, zipper front, perfect fit, washable, and comfortable. I am so glad that I also bought the charcoal grey color. Now I have two beautiful sweaters to keep me cozy! Thank you LL Bean for your continued attention to detail and quality products!!

Great Sweater!
This is a very nice, heavyweight sweater. I love the versatility of the full zipper. It's classy, and can be dressed up or down.

Not for me
I was hoping that this sweater had improved from a couple of years ago since it recently has many positive reviews. However, it is the same bulky sweater LLBean started producing a few years ago that replaced their previously beautiful cotton cable sweaters. They used to be made from a finer yarn and more tightly knit so they were smooth and warm without being nearly so thick. Half the sweaters in my closet are from LLBean bought over the years. These ones are much cheaper looking - thick yarn, looser knit, poorly sewn seams. If this quality is what they are converting all their sweaters to, I guess, sadly, I won't be wearing or gifting any more LLBean sweaters. Five stars for great colors (mahogany, larkspur, plum and teal are all lovely), style variety and for making 100% cotton sweaters. 2 stars for quality.

Well-fitting, comfortable sweater
Love the color! Beautiful, well-made, comfortable cardigan sweater, as all L.L. Bean sweaters have been. True-to-size.

Thick, warm sweater
I purchased this sweater in the purple color which appeared more vibrant in the picture. It's actually more of a dusty gray purple than how it appeared. Also, I normally wear a small and yet this fits snug so I'd order a size up.

Cute but be ready for your arms to look like guns
This sweater is super cute. However the arms are super tight right out of the box. I imagine they would stretch but I gave it to a friend who doesn’t mind that. ( my arms aren’t unusually large … neither are hers unusually small)

Threads pulled out upon purchase
I had a couple of these sweaters from years ago and I loved them and I still wear them. Last year I bought three new ones, but I had to keep returning them because they all had threads pulled out near the zipper in the same spot. Every time I returned it and got a new one they had the same issue. Must be something wrong with the machine? I really needed some sweaters so I finally kept them even though they still have the threads pulled out. I tried gluing them down with sewing glue and it didn’t work. I have to maneuver around the threads every time I use the zipper and the threads are visible … people have asked me about them. I also didn’t like that these sweaters are bulkier than they used to be. I never had pockets? I wish that they would continue to make these sweaters but fix the machine or whatever is causing these issues to have the threads pulled out.
