The softest long-lasting flannel, designed in an easy pullover style. Available in the widest range of 100% authentic Scottish tartans - all specially yarn-dyed so they'll stay bright.
This exclusive flannel is woven just for us by true artisans in Portugal. These expert craftspeople meticulously brush our Scotch Plaid fabric eight times on each side to create a long-lasting material with that distinctive smooth and cozy feel. But that doesn't automatically make it plush enough. It still needs to pass the "touch test," and only a master weaver can declare it soft enough.

Nice Warm Shirt
This is nice warm shirt. I got it because it has the zipper. It washed and dried fine with no shrinkage. My only complaint is thst it runs large. I'm 5' 1 1/2" and 105 ibs. I got the petite extra small and its a little baggy. I have 2 LL Bean sherpa lined button up flannel shirts that I bought several years ago and they were available in petite xs and xxs. The xxs fits me very well.

Flannel shirt 2.0!
Love the quarter zip style instead of full buttons as it keeps more of the heat in. The fit is just loose enough to wear a lightweight long sleeve t-shirt underneath and not look baggy or sloppy. The fabric is soft enough though to not need a t shirt underneath. Nice modern take on a classic.

No More Button Gaps
Love this style. I usually sew my button placket closed on my shirt so that I don't have gaps and pull between the buttons. This solves that problem! It's everything I love about a flannel shirt without the button problem!

Love the weight and the color
I do love the Scotch flannels as they are a mid weight fabric, nice and warm, colors are vibrant and very soft. They wash up great in cool water. This is my third purchase of this type shirt. I am 5’1” and wear a small petite. The sizing is perfect. As pull-over zip-ups go this is not a boxy or baggy fit, it is comfortable and follows the body, but not snug fitting either. I will be looking at purchasing another one most likely next winter.

Favorite Cold Weather Shirt
The sleeves are a bit short for me so I keep them rolled up. I'm busty and don't have to wrestle with buttons like on a traditional flannel. This top is great for layering or as a stand alone.

Cut of shirt is small
I received his as a gift, and I love the shirt. However, it is cut smaller than other LLBean flannel shirts even though it says, "Relaxed Fit." I have worn a Large in LLBean shirts for decades. I am sure the next size up will be too big in the sleeves and torso. So disappointed!

I love the colors of the top with tan, browns, blue and coral colors. Bought to wear with brown legging and books. I’m tall 5’8” and wish it was just a little bit longer if front. Back cover my booty but front is a little shorter on me. Still happy with my purchase.
