Great Bag
As other reviews said, it would be nice if the outer pocket was the full depth of the bag. It’s just a little too shallow to feel comfortable tucking my cell phone into. Several more interior pockets would also be handy. That being said, the bag is stylish and roomy and very comfortable to wear as a crossbody bag and the strap is wide enough that it doesn’t cut into your shoulder. I used it while on vacation last week and was very happy!!

Sturdy Bag But It Was Too Small For Me
I needed a large bag and this bag was too small. The quality of the bag was excellent, but I was surprised by its size when I received it in the mail.

Just what I was looking for
Just received my new bag and I couldn’t be more pleased. All my usual ‘purse essentials’ fit nicely inside. I appreciate the interior clip for attaching 2 fobs and the zippered compartment was ample space for ‘just in case’ items. The shoulder strap was easily adjustable, but feels very secure. Bravo, LLBean

Beautiful bag
It's a great bag. But needs a divider or extra pocket. It becomes a large ditch for items to accumulate. The front pocket could really use a zipper or a snap. As items spill out. And as others have stated, it is HEAVY. I often leave the bag behind because of the weight.
