Floppy brim.
The brim is very floppy. I wish it was a little stuffer but it's a good hat. The size is adjustable which is good.

Nice but with drawbacks
I love how this hat looks but it has two drawbacks - the size adjustment is awkward to get right and the brim squeaks. A nice thing about this hat is your can shape the brim and it stays in place but it seems that the weave that allows you to do this also makes it squeaky whenever your take a step. Just for sitting around, it's great but it gets annoying listening to that when you're walking. I'm hoping the squeaking will go away as it breaks in. We'll see.

Floppy and without structure
Floppy hat if that’s what you’re after. Based on photos I expected the brim to hold shape. It is complete mush, which some may find appealing. Not what I thought I was buying.
