The sizing is all wrong
I had been eagerly waiting for this jacket since it doesn't have the annoying standup collar so many L.L. Bean jackets have. And unlike some other people, I liked the lighter weight. So what was the problem? The sizing is all wrong. I always take a medium in L.L. Bean products. But the medium in this jacket is too tight across the chest. And I'm not a particularly big or muscular guy either. What about a large? I went to the store and tried it on. The sleeves went right over my hands. Way too big. No jacket for me, sadly. If they could just get the sizing right, this would be a great product.

Might want to go up a size
Nicely made jacket. I am 6’5”, 275lb. Originally ordered an XXL Tall but it was too snug across the chest which surprised me as I am not particularly muscular. Returned for an XXXL Tall which fits perfectly.

Looks nice, fits small
Big guys beware, I bought this in xxxl and it was too snug, when the rest of LL Bean xxxl fits just fine. It barely zipped up, let alone with anything underneath.

Terrible Product..Terrible Company.
Sizing was a joke. Their xl was a medium at best.
