Excessive Pilling and not Warm
I bought this Wooltek Coat to wear by itself for Spring and Fall and as a layer under my down coat on the really cold New England days.
Not a fan . . I have to sweater shave the coat every time I wear it. It has excessive pilling that gets even worse when washed.
I don't know why they call it Wooltek . . only 23% is wool and it is not warm. It sits in my closet for those reasons. A waste of money honestly.

Great Style and Warmth, but Peels Badly for the Pr
I absolutely loved this jacket! The style is fantastic, and it’s incredibly warm, making it perfect for chilly weather. However, I was really disappointed by how badly it peels. I expected better quality, especially given the price. It’s a shame because I loved everything else about it, but the material doesn’t hold up as well as I hoped for something that costs this much.

Awesome Coat!
I just received this coat today. I was not disappointed with any of the features of the coat. It fit as expected and workmanship was outstanding! I am never disappointed with any purchase that I make from L.L. Bean! Thank you for providing such an outstanding coat! I will enjoy wearing it!

Bought this and the Mountain Pile Fleece Coat. Both have very similar cuts, but the fabric on this coat was very scratchy and did not feel good at all. I can see how others report this pilling easily. I am returning this. I think it runs true to size.

The grey color is the only one that doesn't pillow I have the green and yet I haven't worn that one yet it looks much better than the burgundy which that color the fabric brand new was pillowed up right out of the bag so returned it tried 3 times with no luck to bad because the fit is great LL bean please fix the fabric I give the grey five stars the other two 1 star!!!
