Great for snow and great in the garden!!!
I got one of these regular size sleds for Christmas. I remodeled my garden last year and put down pea gravel to set new troughs on. But a wheelbarrow doesn’t push through pea gravel so I had to come up with something to use to haul dirt, mulch, buckets, everything I use that’s heavy. So when I saw this sled it was exactly what I needed. This slides through the gravel great! I also use it to move potted plants around my yard. It is very strong with the “leash” that is attached. It’s very lightweight and just what a 65 year old lady needed!! Also, it was cuter and much less expensive than what other “garden” companies charge for garden sleds. Thank you LL Bean for a great product with several uses! Oh and I do use it in the snow when we get some in Texas!! 😊

I love LLBean!

Pricey but performs... So far
So far so good. It's pretty small for the price, which is why I gave 4 stars, but we've used it a couple times on powdery snow in ultra cold temps and it has done well.

Very sturdy sled !! One adult and one child fit easily. This is our second one. Just wanted an extra. We’ve had the first for several years and it’s still like new except for a few scratches on bottom.

Well made!
These sleds are great quality and well made! We went through several cheaper brands of sleds that would break quickly, so last Christmas we decided to pay more for better quality sleds. After a whole season of sledding, they still look brand new! The kids pulled them out this past week for our first snowfall. Hopefully inflation will ease soon, and the prices will be adjusted back to last year's prices! We had planned to get a third sled for our youngest, but the small ones are $20 more than last year, so we decided not to get one at this time.

$30 price increase
Went from 5 stars to 1 star in one season.
I bought these sleds 2 years ago for $69.95. They’re great quality, but a $30 increase is completely ridiculous. What parent is going to buy their kid a $100 sled that can easily be walked off with by the neighborhood kid. Extremely disappointed.

I would have given only one star but your customer service did actually respond to me a couple of times. I ordered this on December 10th and I got it in early March - kind of past snow season. The Sled looked great in the picture and turned out to be a piece of plastic with a sticker label inside. I know it was 'only' $69, but it looks and feels like $15. Disappointed.

Poor quality, high price, long delivery time.
I ordered this sled December 4th, I received it today. When I ordered the sled I was never told it would take 3 months. It is a plastic shell that is molded into the sled shape. The pad inside is a sticker that is crooked and loose on mine. I bought the XL which is over $70 with taxes. It is a generic plastic shell sled with a sticker inside that took 3 months to get and cost $74 (all-in). I would not recommend.

Doesn't track straight, flips you over
This thing looks great and feels well built. In practice it's completely terrible. It won't slide straight with a child or adult on it. As soon as it starts to turn it rolls you right off. Better off with a dollar store sled.

Great sled but pricey
The plastic part of the sled is very sturdy but the foam pad is glued marginally and after a few uses is already starting to peel. It’s a good sled but I wish it was a little cheaper.

Ideal for adults and children
Great slider! I bought it for my teenage niece and nephew and they love it. It is very durable, and fits adults as well as small and teenage sized children. Now we just need more snow!

Disappointed
We got two of these sleds as gifts. While they are sturdy material and straps, they veer off to the side and spin around halfway down the hill. Cheaper sleds work better
