Fantastic boots!!
This is an awesome boot! Sturdy yet so cushiony and soft inside. It's perfect for Seattle weather. It took a few days for it to be broken in, but once it does, it is very comfortable.

HIS MENTOR DID THIS EVERY YEAR WHEN DR. GOLDBER WAS A NEWBIE AND HE HAS KEPT UP THE TRADITION. DR. GOLDBERGER WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE QAULITY OF THE BOOTS.

Great Chukka Boot!
I was a bit leery after reading the many comments about shoe stiffness, so I spent a few minutes after receipt flexing the back of the shoes to loosen them up. Zero issues EXCEPT for the cheap cheap laces, replace those and you will have a very fine, good looking and comfortable shoe. I bought two pairs, and glad I did! The flannel is just a lining, no warmth.

I bought my 1st pair by chance, I liked the style of the boot and found them to be comfortable so I've continued purchasing them over the last few years. I haven't seen the color blue as an option recently, are they still available?

Mountainside Chukka Boot
The Mountainside Chukka waterproof boot would be ideal except that the stitching on the inside just below the ankle digs into my skin when walking. Otherwise, it would be a comfortable boot. I plan on returning them because I cannot walk in them without experiencing pain at the ankle.
