Disappointed in LLBean lack of quality standards
This hoodie was my first LLBean purchase.
I was excited to be giving it to a friend who loves LLBean. However, I am surprisingly disappointed and discouraged at the quality of the logo.
I knew it was not embroidered when i ordered it, which was a disappointment in itself. But, I did not realize that the logo would be the newer, cheaper, less durable/more prone to peeling method—vinyl heat transfer—and not even traditional screen print.
I guess I thought that from a name like LLBean, quality materials would be a lasting value of the brand.
I really thought this was going to be nicer than it turned out to be.
I’m just really disappointed

Nice shirt, material is great and soft. Very disappointed with the lettering, the white letters have black spots on every letter. I have a lot of clothing from LL Bean and hard to believe this item didn't get checked by quality control...

LL Bean pullover
I bought this pullover in 2XL as clothes usually shrink and I’m glad I did as it did shrink a bit. I usually wear XL so it now fits perfectly around my body. Material is soft and not very thick, but it feels well made at least to me.The only downside for me is that the hole to fit my head through is a little smaller than I would like. If they gave a little more room for my head to fit through cleanly then I would of gave it 5 stars.

I prefer embroidery…my error. Fabric was lighter than previous iterations. Fabric was soft and sweatshirt is comfortable overall.
