Backup Pair
We are fortunate to have an L.L. Bean “Clearance Center” within 20 miles of our home. My wife and I shop there occasionally. On our most recent visit I was fortunate to find a pair of boots in my size that I already owned. At 70% off I couldn’t resist buying a backup pair. I tend to do that with L.L. Bean products that I like. For example, I have 2 Warm Up jackets in different colors and a dozen River Driver shirts in assorted colors.

My Feet Are Not Worthy
An easy to get on/off zipper style (without the stigma of Velcro straps). Quite warm and cozy. No concerns as to the waterproof-ness. With the lining there is only the need for light to medium weight socks.
