Great footwear for winter
Accurate description. Light weight. Very comfortable & warm especially when outside temperatures are below zero. Walking in the snow keeps feet dry. Excellent product LLBean! Definitely recommend snow sneakers!!!!

Too heavy for a snow sneaker.
I was hoping for a lightweight warm sneaker with traction for winter conditions, but this was more of a heavy weight boot. It wasn’t much different from a normal hiking boot. I sent it back.

A True Sneaker for Snow
Comfortable, functional, performs well in snow, on ice and asphalt. Doesn’t have usual knobby sole, which makes it slide easily in and out of snowshoe bindings. Well insulated for warmth and dryness. Reasonable support, especially with my own orthotics. Not cheap. I was glad to have tried on and bought them in-store since they run slightly smaller (1/2 size) and narrow (if you have normally medium feet, get this in wide). Clerk at Freeport store very helpful.

Super boots!
I thought perhaps these boots would suffice, but I am wearing them EVERY DAY. Why? because they are so lightweight, warm and comfortable! Also at a great price point and they have some nice styling.

Perfect for winter walking
Very warm and comfortable. I have walked through many very watery areas, and my feet have never gotten wet. They are a little bulky for long distances, but I'm very happy with them.

The best footwear for winter
This is my second pair of Bean snow sneakers. The first one must have lasted ten years. Sometimes when I get the new version of an old favorite I'm disappointed in the quality but so far these are living up to their predecessors. I love having the comfort and flexibility of a sneaker with the extra insulation and water-resistance for my five daily walks with the dog in cold weather even when it's not snowy. I just wore them out in the snow and they're stable and don't slip. They keep my feet warm and dry. I have wide feet and the D width is a true D. They really are the best.
