My Cresta 150 lightweight pants tore immediately and were too thin. I won't buy them again. These are better made and I recommend them. L.L.Bean's sizing is like the old days so: I'm 5' 4" 118 lbs, and 64 years old. I bought a size Small but could have been fine with an X-small. I like my leggings a bit loose.

Quality Control Problem
I own three pairs of these and wrote that one of them was falling apart. I thought perhaps it was a problem with that batch, but now I see that all three pairs are developing small holes that get larger and larger, they are coming apart at the seams. So it's not just the first pair I bought, it's all three. I haven't even worn them that much and I wash them in wool-lite.

These are really soft and stretchy. Not scratchy at all. Washed beautifully- cold wash, hang dry. I’m 5’4” 140 lbs and the medium fits perfectly.
