Design Issues
Two problems: the support bar for back adjustment was too long to fit in the grooves: Beans immediately sent us another back to fix that problem. However the arms are too short and too low to be practical.

Difficult to assemble
Love the chairs but the instructions for assembly are useless, we had to have our handy man put them together plus they shorted the long screws and gave us too many short ones. LL Bean was marvelous in getting us replacements hardware right away. Would buy them again as they are great quality. We have the matching dining table and chairs.

Warning
I purchased the chair, lounge and table in white color. They are very sturdy, a bit heavy to move, and comfortable. But, they are extremely hard to clean after leaving them out in the winter. I can find nothing that will remove accumulated dirt.

Sturdy and attractive
So well-made, it's a pleasure to use. The arms on the lounger are wide enough to hold a glass. And, while it's substantial, it's still easy to move around the deck.

Chaise LOUNGER
I was very, very disappointed in the quality of this item given the cost. Had I know the lack of quality, I would not have purchased it. I was so disappointed that I called LLBean. In all the years I have shopped LL bean, I have never been as disappointed.
