We made these surprisingly light, exceptionally rugged shorts from abrasion-resistant nylon and spandex for just-right stretch. The comfy Bermuda short length offers more coverage, so you can wear them absolutely everywhere.
Our go-everywhere, do-anything shorts. We designed this pair of shorts from the same rugged nylon that stands up to even the most rigorous hikes that our best-selling pants are made from. They're so light, soft and comfortable, we throw them on for beachside walks, weekend errands, fireside lounging - literally everything.
- Abrasion-resistant ripstop fabric is quick drying and moisture wicking.
- UPF 50+ rated fabric blocks at least 97.5% of the sun's UV rays.
- In a lightweight yet rugged blend of 93% nylon and 7% spandex.
- Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or line dry in the shade.
- Two zip security pockets.

My Favorite Shorts
These are my “go to” shorts. They are comfortable, light weight, dry quickly, and are a great length for me. I use them primarily for walks, but they are just as nice to wear out casually. Yes, they’re a little pricey, but I’d rather pay a little more for just right rather than just okay.

Great shorts!
Great shorts! The waist can be cinched to your needs, zippered side pockets keep your valuables inside and inaccessible to others. Pockets are very generously sized and fit my iPhone pro max easily.

Love everything except the fabric snags badly
I love everything about these shorts - fit. length, fabric weight, pockets ... BUT the fabric wears out almost immediately. It snags so easily. For the price it should be possible to find a more tightly woven but still light weight fabric. I have light weight shorts from other manfucaturers that have literally lasted 20 years!

Needs one "edit"
Really like the shorts/comfortable & great pocket room but the hip area down to the leg hem becomes nubby. Afraid to de-nub that area. I do turn them inside out to wash them.

Love these shorts!
These are super comfortable shorts to wear every day or out & about. They are lightweight so very cool on hot summer days. Lots of colors to choose from, too. I would like to buy them in every color and could wear every day!
