This hard-wearing, but soft, fleece-lined heavyweight hooded sweatshirt will keep the cold out and the warmth in year after year.
The Katahdin Iron Works operated in the north woods for much of the 19th century, employing thousands of hardworking Mainers. Inspired by their grit and strength, we designed our Katahdin Iron Works line of rugged work clothes to stand up to all kinds of rough use.
- 100% polyester fleece lining; sleeves are lined with 100% polyester taffeta.
- 91% cotton, 9% polyester.
- Machine wash and dry.
- Body is lined with soft berber fleece for extra warmth and comfort.
- Taffeta-lined sleeves for easy on/off.
- Triple-needle stitching adds durability.
- Ribbed trim at cuffs and hem.
- Locker loop.
- Specially-designed hood fits well even over a baseball cap.
- Zip front.
- Front pockets, one with interior security pocket.
- Underarm gussets for added mobility.

Great jacket
This fits well is super comfortable and is my old skinny body's saving grace for even sitting out on patio in the spring evenings. It is warm tho!

Great quality, expectional warmth.
I absolutely love this sweatshirt slash jacket. My kids each have two (one for barn chores and one that's a little nicer) and I have several of various ages and stages of broken in. We buy them a little bigger so we have room to layer underneath. It's our go to extra layer.

A fleece surprise!
This is a present for our son. He hasn't received it yet. We know he will love it. He has one like it now that we gave him about 10 years ago. It's time for a new one!!

MY FAVORITE SWEATSHIRT
I love the lined sleeves. It makes it a lot easier to put on. When you get older, you need all of the help you can get. It’s perfect for working outside in below freezing weather while running a snowblower. It keeps you warm while not causing your body to overheat. This is my second purchase of the same sweatshirt. That’s how much much I like it.

Soooo comfy
I had a very similar (maroon) LL Bean jacket from 10+ years ago that I "wore to death" (and still do when working outside). I love this new jacket. Soooo comfy. It is an excellent wear for early spring grandkids soccer games !

Warm and thick and soft.
An excellent, heavyweight hooded fleece, warm and thick and soft. One of gthe hand pockets has an inner pocket with hook and loop tab closure, to secure a phone or car keys.
