Disappointing Quality

Polyester not cotton
Good quality but was disappointed to find out that the kids version of PJ is polyester and not cotton. I purchased these for the whole family, but only one of the PJ was bought in kids size. Colors are slightly different also. Close enough, but just a little bit duller than the adult version of the same PJ

Awesome gift!

Cute, not soft
These were very cute. I sent back due to them being the wrong size. The reason for 4 stars is because they didn’t feel cozy. Flannel should have a soft , little bit fuzzy, warm feel. These lacked that cottony soft feel. I still would have kept if they had fit.

Not the Same
I love my adult size LL Bean pajamas. I ordered the kid's size anticipating that they would be the same material but smaller. I was quite disappointed that the material is different and not nearly as comfortable. I'm glad I got them on deal because they were still better quality than you can find at other stores. But I do wish they were as soft, cozy and durable as the adult version that looks identical.

Bought these for my 3.5 year old son who is big for his age. Comfy and soft. Wash great too! He generally wears size 5 now and that's what I bought but I do think these ran a little big for him

Poor garment construction
Love buying L. L. Bean clothing for my twin grandsons but, lately, garment construction has become a problem; seams rip open after the first wash and this is before the garment is worn. I have always depended on L. L. Bean high quality of kids wear but not anymore.

Warm and cozy
They're super warm (but not a heavy material), comfy, and didn't shrink when I washed them. As a petite woman (5'0"; 90 lbs), I find that kids clothes sometimes fit me better. The only thing I dislike about this set is that the bum area isn't designed for someone with curves. But since they're kids pjs that's not who they're designed for, so I have to give them 5 stars.

Cheap-looking
The pants are flimsy, cheap-looking, and non-breathable. I knew they were synthetic (I wish Bean offered kids’ pajamas in their wonderful flannel), but they were much worse than expected. And the shirt has a giant plasticky logo panel on the front.

My son is 12 and the 12 fit perfect but he is a little on the smaller size for 12.
After several washes the material is unfortunately starting to get pilly already. It is really soft and my son loves them.

Wicked Big Hit
Great niece and nephew loved their new Christmas jammies. And they are wicked comfy and cozy. Since their aunt is a Boston girl, it was all the more fun for them to learn the origins of "wicked." The fit was perfect, and I would not mind having a pair myself.

Cute PJs, but ripped easily
Gifted these to my son for Xmas and the pants ripped along the seam after only 3 days! So disappointing. Longtime Bean customers, and we love the outerwear, but will not be buying PJs again.
