Cute and sporty
These boots are cute and kind of sporty looking. The soles have good traction, better than the regular bean boots. They aren’t as warm on the toes as I thought they would be, but they weren’t listed in the warmest category, so that’s on me. I wear a 91/2 -10 in tennis shoes, I got size 9 in these and there is plenty of room for thick socks.

NICE BOOTS
Definetly perform well in ice, snow, sleet conditions.
It was only 32 degrees when I wore them so cannot speak to how warm they will be when its in the 20's.
I am reg 6.5 - no half sizes available, so purchased 7.0 which are a little big but fit well with running socks and 1 more heavier sock. Foot was moving around with 1 pair.
I think they look nice with tights and snow jacket.
My dog took off runnning in snow and I was able to run with her. They were not too stiff to move fast and run with her.
The only thing I don't like is that they are
NOT EASY ON/ EASY OFF. With 4-5 dog walks per day I wish they were easier to get on & off.

Warm, comfy and cute!
So happy with these boots. I live in Southern Ohio and we rarely get snow, but this year we did. These are a good height and kept my feet dry and warm when walking our dog through snow and slush. Super cute too.

Adjust the fit first
I found they were just a bit narrow at first when putting them on. The key is to open up the boot by loosening up the shoelaces. I have fairly narrow feet and found the fit fine.

Great winter boot
These boots are very comfortable, warm and easy to put on , they only have 1 con ,if an inside floor is wet they can slide a bit other then that they are awesome

Warm, slightly felt wetness after shoveling.
I have not worn these as much as the Wellies I bought. I've only worn about 3x but they seem very warm. I was afraid I might slip on ice, but they worked great when I had to shovel my driveway from the Lake Effect snow. I did notice that my feet felt wet after shoveling and I wish the sherpa went up a little higher on the boot and because of that I'm giving this a 4.5 start rating. LLBean did call out that the Sherpa is not waterproof. I get that but making a suggestion for the design team to have the Sherpa closer to the top of the boot (like the Welllies - I never experience any dampness with them. I'm sure I will wear them again this Winter!

Nice warm well made winter boots!
Really nice boots! Well made, warm, great traction. I get compliments. First time I wore them, I walked a few miles, comfortable right away. Roomy for toes which I appreciate and feet stayed warm on a cold winter day in northern Minnesota. Nice support. Function and style combination. Really glad I found these, thank you!

Excellent winter boot
This is an excellent winter boot. In the past month, I've stepped into an icy stream with my foot submerged and my feet were absolutely dry. I've been tromping around in 5 inches of snow and my feet have been dry and warm. I've also been walking the dog on long, windy and cold walks and the boots provide support and warmth. The fleece cuff makes the ankle very comfy and it is easy to lace up.

Love these Boots!
I normally wear a 7 1/2. Since these only came in whole sizes, I ordered a size 8 based on other reviews. They fit perfectly. Had I ordered a size 7, they would have been too small and especially too narrow. I ordered the white pair. They are extremely warm but do not cause my feet to sweat. I wore them straight out of the box all day with no issues.

My new favorite boot
I bought these boots impulsively... I saw an ad for them and loved them- it was after Christmas so I really shouldn't have bought them for myself but I am so glad I did. My only other snow/winter boots are also LL Bean (the traditional ones with fur lining) and although I still love those, these are my new "go to". I have not owned them very long (a week or so?) but I have put them to the test and they passed with flying colors. The first thing I LOVE, is that they are super lightweight. Much lighter than my other boots so it doesn't feel like you're carrying around extra weight which also means I end up wearing them around my house and they don't feel clunky or in the way. Since I am constantly going in and out and running around my house and like to keep my shoes on, I like that I can wear these boots and it doesn't have that heavy boot feeling. Second thing I LOVE are the laces.... they have a stretchy quality to them so they tie very easily and stay tied. If you have the traditional LLBean laces, you probably know how annoying it is to tie them. These are totally different and I am obsessed. The third thing I LOVE about these boots is that they actually keep my feet warm. In the past week I have worn these boots on 4 different trail walks with my dog. I have walked on frozen ground with extreme winds, as well as as snowy trails, both in fields and in the woods. These boots kept my feet warm the entire time and I was able to keep my footing on uneven terrain and never slipped. I seriously think these are the best boots ever and I want everyone to own a pair! I wish I could have them in more colors (I got the blue- obsessed they're so chic).

Great boots
Very warm. There has to be a way that LL Bean can make these boots and all the boots and shoes comfortable with cushion in the sole. Once I put my shoe pads in, they were comfortable. They are well made. You cannot destroy them. They last years.

My only annoyance is these boots don't come in half sizes. I wear an 8.5. 9 was too big. 8 fits fine in the foot itself, but it's a tiny bit tough to get on - have to do some pulling. That said I really like the looks and comfort of the boot.

Worth It!
I purchased these boots for my recent trip to Norway. I have the off brand of these from Target. Originally I wasn't going to purchase them, because I am NOT the type to buy clothes over a certain price tag, but I've always wanted duck boots and since I was going out the county-to a cold country, I said why not?!. These boots really held up. They are worth every penny. I purchased a size 10 (I wear 9.5) I always go up in shoes when I am purchase boots/heels to give myself room. I was about to wear, 3 pairs of socks AND sweater stockings and still have room. These boots are extremely comfortable. I would recommend.

Wisconsin winter winner; comfortable not clunky.
I love these boots! I didn’t want brown or black & took a color chance. They’re an off-white with a nice tread & rubber base strip so I don’t think they’ll get as dirty as you might think. The soft ankle areas are very comfortable; no areas that rub. I have wide feet but the sizing is perfect for me. Blue laces are ample length. They are warm but not too hot. Very happy with this purchase.
