Sleeve and torso lengths too short for this style
Sleeves and torso length are short. No tall size offered but I’m right on the cusp. The lengths should’ve been more adequately manufactured for this style but were not.

Time to lengthen the sleeves LLBean!
I lOVE the quality of LLBean cotton sweaters. I bought this sweater in a Med, despite wanting a small, due to the too short of sleeves, that always seems to be an issue with LLBean sweaters. Even the Med sleeves are too short! I already wore and washed the sweater, so I'm stuck with wasting another $80. But I won't let this happen again because I won't be purchasing sweaters from LLBean in the future. Sadly, I have been a long-time customer that has been left no choice but to buy elsewhere or waste a lot of money for mis-sized clothing.
How difficult is it to listen to your customer reviews and fix the issue?

yarn quality and sizing differences by color
I bought the black and white version of this last year and just loved it - great fit, nice soft cotton - so this year my husband got me the blue one. Not sure if I am going to keep it. Fits funny - too long, tight in the belly and hips and big in the shoulders and chest) the cotton is already pilling, and is a little scratchy too. Wondering if I wash and then reblock it if I can salvage it. Hate to make him feel bad by returning what he thought was a winner of a gift.

Beautiful mid weight sweater
I am so pleased with this medium weight sweater. The attached picture better reflects the beautiful gray color. I’m 5’7 122 lbs with long arms and the medium just made it for the sleeve length. The overall fit is great!

I ordered this sweater in the blue, a beautiful rich blue, in my normal size medium petite. I was disappointed that it was a too-tight fit. Perhaps it is the nature of the fabric, but it was pilling as I pulled it out of the bag, not a feature I want to live with. I returned the sweater.

This is the third color of this sweater I have bought. I love the weight, the way it fits, and the comfort. I can’t wear wool against my skin, so finding a nice warm cotton sweater is a godsend. BTW, it does not make me too warm when inside a heated home! I’m comfortable wherever.

Great sweater
It’s been years since I’ve liked a sweater this much. I just bought my third one. It’s comfortable and warm without being itchy or stiff. I usually wear a petite medium, but I bought this in a petite large so that I could throw it in the dryer, and that’s working out just fine.
