Excellent travel pants!
These pants are great! I am lean (6-3 / 180 lbs) and the standard cut of the Cresta hiking pants fits my frame very well. The pockets are designed very well also and provide security for both my wallet and iPhone. Either on the front leg pockets or the back zipper pockets. The 95% nylon / 5% spandex fabric is durable and does not snag at the slightest brush with something. I use these pants when traveling on Viking River Cruises because they look good, fit good and are very easy to launder using the 'ole "sink laundry" method. They dry very quickly! I've purchased additional pairs of these pants, as well as the matching shorts, since my first exploratory purchase. I love them!

Quality suddenly very poor
I have three pairs of long pants and four shorts. All same size same style. Have been wearing for seven plus years, suddenly quality is terrible! First pair shrunk in the wash (cold) and air dry, reordered and second pair arrived too small. Not sure I trust LL Bean to order another, will not likely buy again

Changing it up!
Pleasantly surprised. I’m a denim guy but these pants are tough and lightweight. They’re proving to be great for outdoor activities in the warmer weather.

Love these pants, but the zippers are NOT strong!
I really like these pants. Light, strong material, dry very fast and fit well. I really like the four pockets with zipper enclosures. I bought 4 pairs within the past 14 months. One lined. One with zip off lower legs. I wear them all 4 seasons for recreation, a night out and to work. Unfortunately, the zippers on 3 pairs either ripped or broke. LL Bean replaced 2 of the 3. The third pair were no longer under warranty because I returned them 13 months after purchase!! What happened to the lifelong warranty?
