Terrible quality
I purchased this books at for my daughter and after one year it is falling apart and ripping in multiple places. I don’t live anywhere near a store and customer service tells me I have to return the product in-store. Not impressed with the quality or service. Will never buy again.

Great school bag
Nice large school bag. All the different compartments are extremely handy. Hopefully it will hold up over time, especially the zippers. Our kiddo is hard on his stuff. Nice colors and design.

Nothing great.
The bag itself is okay quality. Nothing great. Definitely not made they way they used to be! LL Bean quality has really taken a huge dive over the past few years. Unfortunate.

Was great while it lasted
The backpack did a great job for the two years it was in service. But what's disappointing was that it only had two years in service.
My son's backpack has been up and running without any problems for 8 years now! That's what we expect out of an LL Bean Backpack. But today, after barely two years of use, my daughter's backpack strap broke right off. Terribly disappointing.

Great product
The kid I bought this for loves it. It has room for dance clothes, school books, lunch, a water bottle and an extra coat. The handles and zippers are solid. The grownups love that it’s reflective.

Had to replace my Granddaughter’s backpack when the dog tore up the backpack when getting some food.Bought a new one and same color snd got her name engraved. She was so excited getting her new backpack. Good quality!
