Goldilocks comforter
Cozy and plump, not too heavy or too light. Launders beautifully. The fabric is very durable and feels substantial yet soft. We bought this for my dad and then my sister liked it so much, she bought the same one for her home.

Great weight and quality comforter
Finally made the decision to purchase this comforter after debating for months.. Glad I did great quality and the perfect color (I got the gray birch tone one). I bought the king size for a queen bed, a little larger than my old king comforter but well worth the price and a great weight for year round use and the quality is top notch!
Only wish LLBean made king shams - there are only standard ones available

No need to fear!
I had purchased the same comforter years ago (different patterns offered back then) and have been happy with it & it has held up beautifully throughout the years with year round use. I was fearful the new one would be a disappointment and not be made well. I got the grey/beige pattern & love it! (So much more neutral!). And it seems to be made very well (haven’t washed it yet so can’t testify to that). Very happy with the purchase!
