Comfortable pillow once getting used to
This memory foam pillow took me several nights to get used to. When I first laid down I felt like I had to wait for the heat from my body to soften the pillow so I could get comfortable. I like it now, but I'm giving it one less star because I felt like it required a break in period. I already had a memory foam pillow by a different manufacturer before purchasing this one, so buyers might want to take into consideration that if they are going from a standard pillow to a memory foam pillow that it takes getting used to. Then it's great!

Very Firm!
I really wanted to love this pillow... but, I don't. It's just too firm. Strikes me as being more like a memory foam pillow than a solid latex pillow. I need to replace one I've had for years and hoped this would fit the bill. I like that it has a knife edge instead of box construction, that nests into my shoulder just right to support my neck and head. But, there is very little give and for a restless stomach/side sleeper it just wasn't comfortable.
I guess my search continues.

Not quite what I wanted.
I've been searching for a foam pillow that isnt memory foam so i thought I give LLBeans a try. Some of the reviews mentioned being a bit too firm and I would agree with that assessment. I'm still using it and trying to adjust to the firmness but it isnt quite the pillow I'm looking for as a side sleeper

Heavy pillow! Suggest only if you're very strong.
Heavy, but good size. Lifting it to change pillow cases is even tiring.
