Too loud
I’m not very happy with the choice of polyester as the material for this vest. It is extremely loud when walking through branches and is very hard to deer hunt quietly in. The only pro is give it, it’s nice on warm days being lightweight. Outside of that, it’s not the best hunting vest.

Nicer if a bit thicker
Looks and feels nice. I’d rather it be a bit thicker for the cool fall Alaska hunting season weather. A polartec perhaps?

Poor Design
This is something NOT designed by hunters! Slash pockets are useless! Square pockets keep ammo gloves or whatever you put in them from getting lost! No cargo pocket in the back? No inside pockets? Use buttons or zippers for the pocket closures...simple, easy. How complicated can it be? The only thing good about this vest now is i's color!

Quiet Fabric and True to Size
Seems perfect as it doesn't seem like it will make a lot of noise while making your way through the woods and the pattern is perfect to breakup your silhouette just in case they can see you before you can see them ;)

I checked the pockets as some reviews stated were not sewn properly Mine appears to be good, size runs a little big believe it should be good over hunting jacket.

Good Product
Generously sized which I like since I intend to wear it over heavy clothing during the late big game season. The pockets will come in handy, a feature not commonly found in other safety vests. The cloth is soft, not noisy. Like the zipper and the camo pattern. A little over-priced.

Lightweight and durable hunting vest
Vest is oversized a bit to fit over bulky clothing otherwise it is comfortable and will be a great addition to my hunting gear. When you wear it alone over lightweight shirt it is big, if you spring and summer hunt you might want to order a size down, I myself wear Xl and ordered vest in L, fits perfect with room to spare. In winter I wear my other XL vest over heavy jacket. Hope this helps, good product.

Better than cheaper imitations
I bought this to wear over an LL Bean fleece jacket on warmer days during deer season. The fit is snug over light outerwear for someone my size. The flap side pockets are useful for small items and lighter weight gloves. The material is tear and stain resistant. The zipper closure is superior to snaps or buttons found on other vests. One improvement would be to add a zipper pull extension as it is hard to grasp with gloves.

Quality Vest
I purchased one of the common hunter orange vests at a local hunting shop and when I first put it on I realized it was made from a somewhat noisy thin material that didn't seem very durable. After looking around online I found this vest and thought I would take a chance. After receiving the product I have only worn it a few times but I can say with confidence that it's better than any other hunting vest I had tried on at any of the major hunting stores I went to in my area. If I have any future issues with it I will report back but so far so good and all indications are that it should last me a very long time.
